We ship globally from our warehouse in Spain. Orders shipped international may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders sent outside of Spain are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties, and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. We suggest checking in with your local customs office to calculate those. This policy is effective from September 13th, 2023, 11 am CEST.

Orders submitted Monday to Friday before 2pm Central European Standard Time, excluding public holidays, will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following business day. (ORDER ITEMS WILL NEED 5-10 DAYS)
